Three earthquake shocks were felt in Jaipur, Rajasthan, within a 30-minute period.

Three morning tremors on July 21, 2023, around 8:00 AM IST, woke the people of Jaipur. At 4:09 AM, a 4.4 magnitude earthquake occurred, followed by two more at 4:22 AM and 4:25 AM, each with magnitudes of 3.1 and 3.4. Some areas of the city experienced earthquakes, which alarmed many residents and forced them to leave their houses. 

The original earthquake's epicentre was 10 kilometres below the surface, according to the National Centre for Seismology, and it had a depth of 10 kilometres. Then, two earthquakes of magnitudes 3.1 and 3.4 rocked Jaipur, causing the city to tremble. The National Centre for Seismology posted on Twitter, "Earthquake Magnitude: 4.4, occurred on 21-07-2023 at 04:09:38 IST, Latitude: 26.88, Longitude: 75.70, Depth: 10 km, Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan, India."
